No young adult should have to face cancer alone. The b-present Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit founded in memory of 20 year old Kirsten, who lost her battle with leukemia in 2016. b-present is focused on improving the experience of young adults with cancer by providing the tools and information that empower the social support network to be present. Our b-aware program improves young adult empathy pre-diagnosis, and b-connected ensures friends have the needed resources to stay connected during treatment and beyond.
