Twist Out Cancer + Life Rythms invites you to come out for an evening of music, food, and fun at Gallagher Way!

Market opens at 4:00pm, music & TOC meet up will begin at 5:00pm-7:00pm

Life Rhythms was founded in 2013 by TOC friend and artist, Noah Plotkin. Life Rhythms facilitates health and wellness in diverse populations through the power of rhythmic music. Programs are designed to express the creative spirit, vent stress and re-establish a healthy and beneficial life rhythm.

Life Rhythms offers individual and group sessions for personal growth, empowerment, team building and health and wellness with a particular emphasis on engaging seniors living in assisted living, retirement and memory care facilities. In addition to these groups Life Rhythms also facilitates drum circles for corporate and youth populations where self-expression, movement, socialization and team building is encouraged.
