AYA Virtual Bead Strong Sessions

Beads of Courage is excited to support adolescents and young adults with cancer (ages 18- 39) with the Bead Strong Program!

The Bead Strong Program was created to provide an experience in mindfulness. Each Bead Strong activity uses several different tools including mantras, art, breathwork and beads.

In 2022, virtual sessions for AYA will be held the second Wednesday of each month beginning at 8pm ET.

July 13th August 10th September 14th October 12th November 9th December 14th

Registration is required and space is limited.
Materials will be shipped directly to you so be sure to include a valid mailing address.
