New Virtual LIT Program from Epic Experience: Hosted Virtually Every Tuesday and Thursday at 12:00-12:30pm PST.
We are excited to announce a new opportunity to keep us moving with our partners Sweat City Fitness. This is low impact training. These classes are free of charge and meant to empower adult cancer survivors and thrivers beyond cancer while staying home during these trying times of the COVID-19 pandemic. Please ensure that you sign and review the waiver before entering the class. We encourage all participants to enter the Zoom conferencing room 5-10 minutes early.

Join in the fun every 1st Thursday from 7:30 – 9:00 PM EDT with ACT, a virtual arts and craft time from Dan’s House of Hope Creative Corner.
We love crafting for many reasons: self-expression, learning new skills and techniques, creative problem solving, confidence building, and the inherent sense of accomplishment in making a unique handmade work of art from simple materials, are to name but a few.  Crafting is a healthy, satisfying activity on so many levels. Did you know that exercising your creativity through art and crafts increases your body’s dopamine levels, influencing new neurons– promoting enhanced concentration levels and productivity?  Think of crafting as a welcome antidote to the stresses and pressures of modern living–especially in 2020.  Come and exercise your creative side with us! Email danshouseofhope@gmail.com to receive the activity link.

Restorative Yoga with Dan’s House of Hope – Every Wednesday from 7pm-8pm EDT
Grab your yoga mats and join a restorative yoga class led by Dan’s House of Hope. Email danshouseofhope@gmail.com to receive the activity link.

Family Reach’s #WESEEYOU Campaign – Let’s Stand Up for Cancer Patients
Helping families reach the other side of cancer has always been Family Reach’s priority, and we have a responsibility to understand this new reality and respond with targeted solutions. That’s why we created an Emergency COVID-19 Fund, allowing us to continue reaching families with immediate financial support, including those most affected by this crisis. You can help by donating to the fund and raising awareness so the cancer community knows we see them  — and that help is on the way. Thank you for standing with us!
